SKAN AG is seeking a reliable Sales Administration specialist to support our international sales teams from the back office in Allschwil. You will manage order entry and processing in SAP and ensure smooth handovers to the executing departments.

You will coordinate project data, prepare invoices, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely project handovers. Strong German and English skills and experience in administrative roles are essential to succeed in this dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or a commercial qualification with relevant further education.
• Professional experience in an administrative role, ideally in order processing or Sales Administration.
• Good SAP skills, particularly in order processing.
• Knowledge of letters of credit and bank guarantees.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Confident user of standard MS Office applications.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Order entry and processing for international projects in SAP.
• Reviewing customer purchase orders and preparing order confirmations.
• Creating and maintaining project structures in SAP and PLM and monitoring deadlines.
• Compiling relevant project information and ensuring smooth handover of projects.
• Independently conducting project handover meetings and coordinating interfaces.
• Preparing customer invoices, down payment invoices, and final invoices.
• Processing letters of credit and bank guarantees; maintaining CRM and SAP data.
• Handling additional administrative tasks.
