Job summary

jrni is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to be the day-to-day link between our go-to-market teams and the systems and processes they rely on every day. This hands-on role blends quoting, deal support, enablement, and commissions administration — supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Finance so they can move fast and close confidently.

You'll partner closely with our Salesforce Administration team, who own the technical build of the org, while you own how the business actually uses it day

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or a GTM-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting, or deal desk workflows.
• Experience supporting sales compensation plans and commissions.
• Strong ability to build complex reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and training skills with both sellers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on Salesforce, quoting tools, and core sales processes.
• Support ongoing Salesforce usage questions and maintain guides.
• Create quotes in Salesforce CPQ or native quoting tool; manage product catalog pricing.
• Assist with contract review, bookings, and revenue data reconciliation.
• Administer sales compensation plans and audit commissions.
• Build dashboards and reports covering pipeline, ARR, and quota attainment.
