Qualifikationen

• Experience presenting and selling consumer credit plans in four languages Italian, German/Swiss German, French & English (C1 level).
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.
• Mid-level experience.

• Provide advice using targeted communication techniques focused on presenting and selling financing solutions.
• Provide post-sales support and advice regarding potential counteroffers.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and developing solutions tailored to their needs. The role combines consulting, strong communication skills and a commercial mindset, with the aim of building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our customer portfolio.

An excellent command of Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English (minimum C1 level in all four languages) is required.

Key Responsibilities
