You will design and deliver training programs, measure enablement impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful market adoption for enterprise customers.
Qualifikationen
- 3–5+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
- Experience supporting enterprise or technical sales motions.
Aufgaben
- Own sales readiness and field activation for Networking & Security launches.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials.
- Translate product, solution, and technical concepts into clear, sales-ready narratives and tools.
- Support the adoption of value-based and outcome-driven selling approaches across sales teams.
- Design and deliver sales training and readiness programs, including onboarding and ongoing enablement.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Solutions teams for technical accuracy and messaging consistency.
- Measure and improve sales readiness, content adoption, and enablement effectiveness.
- Maintain the quality and accessibility of enablement content over time.
