Zusammenfassung

IonQ is seeking a Staff DevSecOps Engineer in a Geneva-based role to lead the design, automation, and secure operation of the company’s software factory. You will own CI/CD platforms, IaC modules and developer tooling to enable secure, scalable software delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation and secure-by-default practices while partnering with Architecture, SRE, Cloud Operations and Product teams to evolve the platform and tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of production engineering experience with hands-on responsibility for enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms.
• Experience embedding security into software delivery through automated scanning and policy enforcement.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with reusable tooling to simplify operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, implementation and operation of IonQ's DevSecOps platform.
• Develop reusable CI/CD pipelines, IaC modules and self-service capabilities for developers.
• Oversee release engineering, dependency governance and software supply-chain security.
• Drive agentic automation and AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity and security.
• Collaborate across Architecture, SRE, Cloud Operations and Product teams.
