Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Microengineering or related field.
- Strong product management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Ability to translate market insights into product features for hardware products.
Aufgaben
- Own day-to-day product operations, defining requirements and tracking across the lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Industrialisation, Production, Marketing and Sales for timely delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and support launch readiness and product adoption.
