IonQ, based in Geneva, is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to own the operational delivery of product management across engineering, industrialisation, production and marketing. You will translate market insights into features and triage customer projects.

You will ensure cross-functional alignment, maintain product data integrity, and act as day-to-day product decision-maker within defined boundaries to help the product team scale.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Microengineering).
• Experience translating market insights into product features and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong Jira expertise and ability to manage product data and backlogs.
