Zohorecruit seeks a visionary Business Unit Leader to drive the RFID unit with full P&L ownership and strategic oversight in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. You will shape architecture, define requirements, and guide design teams from the start of projects to market delivery.

Responsibilities include strategy, budgets, growth, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on profitable expansion and leadership within RFID ecosystems. English required; relocation to Neuchâtel expected.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the RFID Business Unit.
• Define and execute RFID strategy with growth and market leadership.
• Define budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities to maximize ROI on innovation.
• Drive product roadmap, portfolio management and new product introductions.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, partners and industry bodies.
• Drive business development and ecosystem partnerships with Sales.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Lead the RFID BU organization including product mgmt and engineering.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and foster a culture of accountability and execution.
