OLM Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Unit Leader to define and execute the global RFID strategy for a leading international technology company in the Neuchâtel region. The role oversees the RFID portfolio and drives profitable growth across markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage key customers, and shape technology roadmaps while maintaining strong financial performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in semiconductor, RFID, connectivity or related high-tech industries.
• Experience leading a Business Unit, Product Management, Business Development or Strategic Marketing.
• Strong financial leadership with ownership of P&L and profitability.
• Deep knowledge of RFID technologies and IoT ecosystems.
• Established international network within RFID, semiconductor or connected tech markets.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management with strategic communication.
• Fluent English; French and/or German is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to the Neuchâtel region, Switzerland.
