Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a data-driven Retail Performance Analyst to analyze retail levers and support the development of the distribution network across regions. You will work within the International Retail Performance department to transform data into actionable insights.

You'll lead network projection, sales forecasting, and the deployment of tools for Retail teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and using Anaplan and Excel; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical scope with business orientation.
• Retail knowledge is a real plus.
• BI tools such as Anaplan and Excel are used at a high level.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Autonomy with project leadership and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support decision making by analyzing sales trends, benchmarks, and KPIs.
• Develop the network projection by maintaining distribution network data.
• Analyze existing distribution network and long-term evolution to ensure growth.
• Develop robust sales forecasts to anticipate performance.
• Participate in the development of sales and network projection tools for Retail teams.

Within the International Retail Performance department, your main mission is to analyze and understand retail performance levers and manage structuring projects contributing to the development of our distribution network in close collaboration with regions and other departments.

In this function, you will:

• Analyze our existing distribution network and the medium & long-term evolution to guarantee sustainable growth.

• Participate to the development of sales and network projection tools for Retail teams.
