Van Cleef & Arpels in Geneva, Switzerland seeks a passionate student for a 6-month full-time Retail Operations internship. You will support retail initiatives, contribute to digital transformations, and assist project managers with deployments, while helping to maintain and test digital tools for boutique teams.

Training will be provided on the Maison’s history and values through the School of Jewelry Arts, aiming to deliver operational excellence in boutiques worldwide.

What do we expect from you?

Within the International Retail Operations department, the Retail Operations Intern supports the development and implementation of key retail initiatives while contributing to the operational excellence of our retail teams.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Focus On Three Areas

Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and development of tools/solutions for our retail boutique teams.

• You participate in the implementation of retail initiatives as part of our retail digital transformation.
• You support project managers on various projects to ensure successful deployments.
• You also support the maintenance and enhancement of our digital retail tools and perform user tests on new features.
• You facilitate other departments comprehension on retail digital tools, train other departments on retail portal content creation.

Create and promote operational excellence in boutiques while embracing our Maison’s value of no compromise.

• You support the continuous improvement of our retail processes and procedures and bring new ideas to the table.
• You ensure our boutiques have access to the right tools and content to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Support local teams across the world in their Retail Operations projects.

• You collaborate closely with our Retail Operations community to provide relevant support in the implementation of projects and boutique tools, able to handle change management.

In order to facilitate your integration, we will offer you training in the history and values of the Maison within the School of Jewelry Arts.
