Job summary

Cartier in Lugano is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate for a 12-month internship starting in April 2027. You will join the Operations Team and contribute to daily boutique operations, stock management, and delivering a premium client experience.

You will support the sales team as needed, while upholding Cartier’s procedures and guidelines and representing the brand with professionalism and polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last year and must provide an internship agreement.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other Swiss languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Operations Team in Lugano with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with stock management and inventory control.
• Provide operational support to the sales team as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures and guidelines.

We offer a 12-month internship starting April 2027.

YOU WILL BE

Immersed in our organization and Swiss Culture, you will be involved in a full range of activities at Cartier. You will join the Lugano Boutique and primarily support the Operations Team. Your role will focus on providing essential operational support to the Boutique, including the daily management of boutique operations, stock management, and ensuring a high-quality client welcoming and service experience. You will also provide operational assistance to the sales team as needed. You will actively contribute to the smooth running of Boutique Operations, ensuring the strict application of all internal Procedures & Guidelines.

YOU ARE

You have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last year and you can provide an academic internship agreement (compulsory).

Available to start in April 2027.

You bring a proactive attitude, and you are a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others.

You have excellent presentation and communication skills.

You are an Italian native speaker, fluent in English; further Swiss languages would be a plus.
