Pflegewegweiser GmbH, part of the Entyre Group, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to shape the future of our fast-growing health tech scale-up in Zürich. You will lead end-to-end hiring, build pipelines, and partner with founders and senior leaders to elevate our recruiting strategy.

You’ll own a high-impact role, drive candidate experience, and continuously improve processes, tools, and data while collaborating with an international, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior/leadership hiring in startup/scale-up environments.
• Experienced in active sourcing.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to influence.
• Strategic thinker who also does hands-on work.
• Obsessed with candidate experience and employer brand.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring.
• Hunt top talent proactively via LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
• Build a pipeline of future leaders aligned with growth plans.
• Challenge role definitions, seniority levels, and hiring priorities.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience for senior candidates.
• Improve processes, tools, and data.
• Support onboarding so new leaders hit the ground running.
