Qualifications

• At least three years of market research or related field experience.
• Experience leading a research team and coordinating multiple projects.
• Skilled in surveys, interviews, desk research, competitive analyses.
• Ability to translate business questions into research plans.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Market Research team with clear objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end research lifecycle from requests to recommendations.
• Plan and prioritize multiple research projects against deadlines.
• Ensure methodological rigor across research activities.
