Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a hands-on Product Owner (Customer Experience) based in Switzerland to own end-to-end customer journeys for a million-strong audience. You will analyze funnels, remove friction, and translate insights into growth, working with developers, analysts, and designers in a remote setting with broad product ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM in B2C products.
• Hands-on analytics and driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-powered product analytics and documentation.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and user journeys.
• Experience owning business metrics like revenue or profit.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end across the product portfolio.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Explore product analytics using AI-powered tools and BigQuery to uncover insights.
• Translate findings into evidence-based hypotheses and opportunities.
• Write product briefs and drive initiatives through specs, prototyping, development and release.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and designers to deliver improvements.
• Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog by value.
• Connect initiatives to measurable outcomes like revenue and profit.
• Monitor performance and scale successful experiments.
• Take ownership of challenging product problems to drive results.
