Jobgether in Switzerland is seeking a Freelance Creative Lead / Creative Strategist to shape the creative direction of three brands from a remote setup. You will translate performance data and audience insights into actionable strategies, establish a structured testing framework, and drive efficient content workflows.

Qualifications

• At least five years in creative strategy or leadership, focused on performance marketing.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable creative decisions and scalable concepts.
• Experience building structured creative testing frameworks.
• Strong final-approval authority on concepts, copy, and assets.
• Fluent German and very good English for cross-team collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead multi-brand creative programs.

Responsibilities
