Job summary

Thinkit Resources is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to own Switzerland sales operations, lead and develop the Swiss sales team, and drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity market. You will forge strong partnerships with manufacturers and channel partners, forecast and plan pipelines, and execute commercial strategies that translate into sustainable, profitable growth.

This hybrid role is based in Zurich and is expected to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Many years of successful experience in sales and sales management, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud or IT infrastructure sectors.
• Several years’ leadership experience with proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets.
• Substantial experience in partner, channel and distribution business with a very good understanding of the Swiss IT and cybersecurity market.
• A strong ‘hunter’ mentality and a proven track record of success in business development with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strong focus on execution and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue, growth and sales performance in Switzerland; lead and develop the Swiss sales team, ensuring strong performance and execution of commercial priorities.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline planning and revenue projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets.
• Develop new business opportunities with manufacturers, partners and internal teams to translate opportunities into sustainable growth.
• Drive the strategic development of the Swiss cybersecurity market.
