• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, municipalities, and off-takers.
• Direct bid package preparation for offtake opportunities (RFPs/RFIs) for utility-scale solar/storage.
• Lead PPA negotiations from proposal to contract execution and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare governance memoranda and strategy decks for senior management.
