Qualifikationen

• 5+ years mobile UA experience, including 3+ years in gaming.
• Proven experience scaling a mobile title through launch and early growth.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Ads and major in-app networks.
• Strong knowledge of AppsFlyer, SKAN, incrementality testing, and LTV-based decisions.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead UA campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads and in-app networks.
• Define UA strategy and channel mix using performance data.
• Test new channels and targeting approaches for scalable growth.
• Develop relationships with platforms for support and favorable terms.
• Maintain measurement infra: AppsFlyer, SKAN, attribution and fraud monitoring.
• Own the creative testing pipeline and brief new assets across channels.
• Refresh creatives to combat fatigue including UGC and playable formats.
• Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and BI to improve app-store conversion and ROAS.
• Report spend, cohort quality, and forecasts.
