Lever, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Head of Publishing in Switzerland to build a publishing function from the ground up. You will own strategy, deal flow, economics, and team development, acting as player-coach initially to source studios and close deals.

You will establish a greenlight process, then scale with a dedicated publishing team and close collaboration with senior leadership in a remote-first environment across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building a publishing function from scratch or at an early stage.
• Strong personal network of game studios and established reputation in mobile games.
• Hands-on experience negotiating publishing deals, including term sheets and revenue-share structures.
• Deep understanding of publishing economics, eROAS, payback periods, cohort models, and analytics.
• Professional experience with casual or mid-core mobile games on Google Play and iOS.

Aufgaben

• Build and own the publishing function, defining strategy, operating model, priorities, and growth roadmap.
• Develop deal flow by sourcing studios, managing pipeline, leading negotiations, and closing publishing partnerships.
• Personally lead first studio discussions and transactions leveraging industry network.
• Define deal structures and economics with analytics for profitability and payback forecasts.
• Establish a greenlight framework for evaluating titles through testing, soft launch, and scaling.
• Oversee portfolio with Publishing Producer, including roadmaps, LiveOps, performance, and studio relations.
• Recruit and develop publishing team, starting with Publishing Producer.
• Deliver first-year objectives: signed portfolio, active deal pipeline, 2–3 validated titles progressing toward scale, and core team.
