Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven high-ticket funnel building and optimization experience.
• Hands-on with GoHighLevel and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and attribution.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Strong written English for ad copy and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential TikTok expansion.
• Tune audiences, creative, messaging, budgets, and structures based on data.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, forms, checkout, follow-ups).
• Oversee lead journey from ad to conversion and fix funnel issues.
• Maintain accurate tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTMs).
• Create and test ad copy, hooks, and short-form video concepts.
• Document SOPs in Notion for ads, funnels, tracking, and processes.
• Provide weekly performance reports and training to teammates.
