Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of marketing experience in startup/scale-up or agency.
• Hands-on with paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
• Data-driven with KPI reporting and actionable recommendations.

• Own Google Ads, Shopping, and PMax campaigns end-to-end.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns and creatives.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels across the customer journey.
