• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads management across Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience managing real budgets toward measurable conversions.
• Proven success in lead/demo/trial acquisition funnels.
• Deep understanding of Meta campaign structures and audiences.
• Creative testing: concepts, copy, assets, rapid variations.
• Landing page optimization and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Familiarity with attribution and Pixel/Conversion API.

Aufgaben

• Own Meta Ads strategy from planning to optimization and scale.
• Build campaigns focused on lead generation, demos, appointments, trials.
• Develop audience strategies using lookalikes, retargeting, exclusions.
• Manage budgets and pacing aligned with pipeline and outcomes.
• Create multiple creative concepts and test frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers to produce assets for campaigns.

• Implement Meta Pixel and Conversion API; ensure accurate tracking.

• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing on offers and audiences.
• Stay updated on Meta updates and AI-enabled optimization.
