Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work across multiple teams from a Swiss-based setting. You will analyze user behavior, design experiments, and translate data into actionable product insights, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

You will use SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy) to process large datasets, build dashboards, and monitor metrics, with focus on experiments, funnels, and ML-related data.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to address business questions.
• Proficient in SQL with experience on large-scale datasets.
• Professional Python data analysis experience including pandas and NumPy.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and core statistical concepts.
• Experience defining and analyzing product metrics, funnels, and trees.
• Understanding of ML pipelines, training data quality, and model evaluation.
• Experience in ecommerce/product analytics a plus.

• Analyze user behavior and large datasets to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes and quantify impact on metrics.
• Define, validate, and monitor metrics capturing user experience and business outcomes.
• Build dashboards and tools to support informed decision-making across teams.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable product improvements across stakeholders.
• Investigate funnels, performance trends, and user behavior for optimization opportunities.
• Apply SQL, Python, and distributed data systems to process and analyze large data volumes.
• Contribute analytical expertise across domains including ML data, ranking, and personalization.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own analytical projects from problem definition through to recommendations.
