Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI adoption and workflow automation for a U.S.-based law firm. The role is fully remote, allowing global candidates to drive end-to-end automation projects using LLMs, APIs, and modern automation platforms.

You will audit processes, design scalable AI-powered workflows, and integrate essential business apps to improve efficiency and reduce manual work while collaborating with firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvements in law firms.
• Strong hands-on AI implementation and operational optimization experience.
• Experience using large language models (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini) to build AI-powered workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot and modify code.
• Practical experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
• Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse, or similar tools.
• Strong API, integrations, and custom tooling knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
• Design, build, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot and enhance automations for reliability and performance.
• Develop integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse.
• Build automation with Zapier and n8n; tailor solutions when needed.
• Leverage APIs and webhooks to connect systems and create internal tools.
• Use Claude Code and other LLMs to accelerate development and debugging.
• Own automation projects from problem to deployment and optimization.
