Lever, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to lead development across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance in a remote, Europe-based setting. You will build scalable automations, integrations, and custom applications, owning releases and data quality from design through production.

You will explore AI capabilities, maintain integrations, and ensure high-quality code with robust tests, while collaborating with a global, remote-first team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, ideally leading a team in a B2B SaaS Sales Cloud environment.
• Strong hands-on Apex, including triggers, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and test classes, plus Lightning Web Components experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and when to use Flow vs code.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and LWCs for custom apps, dashboards, and workflows.
• Own integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (marketing, finance, sales, etc.).
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot API-based integrations with external vendors.
