Actalent is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist - Agentic AI to join our Basel-based Data Management and Data Sciences team. You will design and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems to accelerate clinical data processing, improve data quality, and support regulatory-compliant decision-making.

Responsibilities include building agentic AI workflows with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools, implementing HITL processes, and deploying in a cloud environment (AWS).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, ML, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics or related field.

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI workflows.
• Build and maintain multi-agent systems for clinical data challenges.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques (CoT, ReAct, Reflection).
• Develop scalable cloud-based data pipelines (AWS).
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions with CI/CD, containers, testing, and monitoring.
• Design robust HITL workflows for regulated environments.
• Contribute to AI platform improvements across the org.
