Lever, Inc. is partnering with a Switzerland-based company to identify and implement AI-driven automation across finance, payroll, forecasting, and operations. The role focuses on researching, deploying, and optimizing AI solutions that streamline workflows and improve decision-making.

You will integrate systems, build AI-powered dashboards, and provide training and documentation to ensure adoption across teams while maintaining ethical and security standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, automation, or data processing.
• Strong understanding of AI models, automation workflows, APIs, and business systems.
• Experience integrating business applications across finance, accounting, ops, or related functions.
• Familiarity with automation and BI platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power BI, Looker Studio.

• Research and recommend emerging AI technologies and automation solutions with measurable business value.
• Deploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows across functions.
• Integrate platforms for invoice automation, forecasting, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
• Connect POS and accounting systems using integration platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Develop internal AI dashboards with Power BI or Looker Studio for performance insights.
• Monitor and optimize AI systems and automation workflows for accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into day-to-day processes.
