Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer support or similar role.
• Advanced written English (C1) with clear communication.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with prompt, clear solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate problems, and escalate bugs or complex cases as needed.
• Guide new users through onboarding to help them maximize platform features.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
