Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years in B2B solution sales with proven commercial results.
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell software solutions and consulting services to German market.
- Identify, acquire and expand new B2B customers.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to contract closure.
- Collaborate with product teams and sales specialists to build go-to-market strategies.
- Drive revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present solutions in a value-driven manner to stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
- Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to grow revenue.
- Provide market insights to refine sales approaches.
