Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Recruitment Lead for a partner company based in Switzerland. This fully remote, international role guides a team of Recruitment Specialists, oversees pipelines, coaching, and end-to-end searches, while handling select roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear evaluation decisions.
• Ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication, including clear updates and confident calls.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions (marketing, sales, creative, operations).
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams; availability for PKT evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team and ensure quality, consistency, and performance of hiring activities.
• Review and approve every candidate scorecard before submission to clients.
• Observe interviews and provide targeted coaching to improve evaluation.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and track KPIs.
• Monitor active pipelines and intervene to prevent delays.
• Provide clients with written weekly updates on all open positions.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offers and identify new opportunities.
• Manage one or two searches end-to-end from sourcing to offer.
• Train new recruiters and refine workflows with founders.
• Monitor key performance indicators including time-to-fill and 90-day retention.
