Jobgether is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a remote Europe context. You will handle onboarding coordination, employment verifications, and records maintenance while working with the People Operations Lead to improve processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent with coordination and admin tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across records.
• Proactive, dependable approach and ability to manage multiple admin tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality awareness.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an HR daily contact for questions, track requests and escalate sensitive matters.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent, hiring managers, IT and stakeholders, ensuring on-time handoffs.
• Process employment verification requests with accuracy and discretion.
• Coordinate background checks and follow up with providers and decision-makers.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems, validating data and organizing docs.
• Prepare and maintain routine HR documentation under supervision.
• Keep trackers, guides and docs up to date and flag delays or gaps.
• Contribute to lifecycle projects, improve workflows and complete tasks.
• Collaborate with People, Talent, IT and hiring managers for smooth operations.
• Learn internal systems, take ownership, and seek guidance when needed.
