This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic, international technology environment. It is an opportunity to influence business outcomes, develop high-performing teams, and shape the employee experience across a globally distributed workforce.

Accountabilities:

Partner with managers to ensure the right people are in the right roles, HR processes are implemented consistently, and employees remain motivated and productive.

  • Ensure workforce effectiveness by aligning employee performance and capabilities with the business unit's strategic objectives and financial targets.

  • Manage workforce planning and staffing levels, ensuring the business unit has the appropriate headcount and that new hires successfully complete probation and meet performance expectations.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and long-term commitment.

  • Support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent execution and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.

  • Monitor key HR metrics, including payroll budgets, employee turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement, and employee loyalty, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Apply compensation and benefits expertise and workforce analytics to support informed decisions and effective resource allocation.

  • Measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR services and introduce improvements to strengthen the HR function's effectiveness.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational challenges, address people-related issues, and support the achievement of business goals.

  • Manage multiple HR initiatives and projects, maintaining focus on measurable outcomes, priorities, and deadlines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Director with a strong background in international digital, IT, or product-driven organizations. You should combine strategic thinking with practical HR expertise, demonstrate measurable results in workforce management and employee engagement, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment characterized by competing priorities and uncertainty.

  • At least 4 years of successful experience in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital, IT, or product company.

  • Proven ability to implement and manage core employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation.

  • Experience managing payroll budgets, employee turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement, and retention, supported by measurable examples of business impact.

  • Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, as well as HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable organizational outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to evaluating workforce performance, identifying trends, and solving problems.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and deliver results against deadlines.

  • Persistence, resilience, and the ability to maintain performance under pressure and navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities in a dynamic international environment.

  • A development-oriented mindset, motivated by achievement, continuous improvement, and new ideas.

  • Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.

Benefits:
  • Fully remote, full-time working arrangement with an international team.

  • Compensation details and the initial salary range shared with candidates during the recruitment process, before employment begins.

  • 28 calendar days of annual vacation.

  • 7 additional wellness days per year for personal needs, rest, and recovery without using sick leave.

  • Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for recommending successful candidates for company positions.

  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and professional meetings.

  • Corporate discounts on English language lessons.

  • Health benefits, including compensation of up to $1,000 gross per year per employee for eligible medical expenses or self-purchased health insurance when corporate medical insurance is unavailable, subject to the applicable conditions.

  • Workplace support, including equipment at company offices or coworking locations, or reimbursement of home-office and coworking expenses of up to $1,000 gross once every three years, subject to the applicable conditions.

  • An internal gamified recognition program that allows employees to exchange rewards from colleagues for merchandise, team-building activities, massage certificates, and other perks.
