Zusammenfassung

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Operations Manager – eCommerce & DTC for a fully remote role based in Switzerland. You will scale a growing DTC ecommerce business by structuring operations, improving workflows, and driving accountability across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and team management.

You will work closely with the founders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, implement scalable systems, and monitor KPIs to ensure efficient delivery and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Direct, in-house experience operating a physical-product DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Experience leading multiple business functions and driving growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively identify bottlenecks.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems (Notion).
• Coordinate supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory planning and logistics.
• Manage inventory levels, 3PL relationships, warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate customer service workflow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and build scalable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with founders to translate strategic priorities into action.
