Qualifications

Experience in a small company (10–30 employees).
Excellent project management skills.
Native German and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Drive the quarterly goal-setting process and KPI ownership.
Oversee all people operations from recruitment to off-boarding.
Lead, coach and develop a team of eight with regular 1:1s and reviews.
Run cross-team initiatives end-to-end: plan, delegate and report progress.
Own the operational cost base: vendor contracts and tooling spend.
Foster company culture and internal communication; organize retreats and workshops.
Monitor operational performance and flag issues early.
