Aufgaben

• Drive the quarterly goal-setting process and KPI ownership.
• Oversee all people operations from recruitment to off-boarding.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of eight with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Run cross-team initiatives end-to-end: plan, delegate and report progress.
• Own the operational cost base: vendor contracts and tooling spend.
• Foster company culture and internal communication; organize retreats and workshops.
• Monitor operational performance and flag issues early.
