Job summary

The North Face EMEA in Stabio, Switzerland seeks an exceptional eCommerce Merchandiser to join our DTC team. You will execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales, margin, and site performance across PLP and PDP while ensuring data accuracy and CRO-driven improvements.

You will manage product flows, optimize stock publication, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive campaigns and optimize customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of Marketplace processes.
• Organise workload to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes independently.
• Detail oriented while working around multiple seasons.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Previous digital/eCommerce experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain the eCommerce digital catalogue and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage product flows, site maintenance, and resolve issues to reduce friction.
• Execute eCommerce go-to-market operations to feature the right products at the right time.
• Monitor menswear performance daily/weekly/monthly to optimize CX and conversions.
• Drive merchandising and sequencing with focus on color, details, and metrics.
• Support stock management activities and out-of-stock removals.
• Collaborate with 3rd parties and cross-functional teams on PLP, PDP, and SEO updates.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and site performance to identify improvements.
• Provide feedback to partners such as buying/planning/performance media/marketing.
• Support CRO initiatives and work with Product Owners, Developers, and UX teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, CX, and commercial performance with data-led insights.
• Become a merchandising expert using PCM, Salesforce, Bloomreach, and Jira.
