Job summary

Ofri.ch is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of eight, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and culture within a fully remote Swiss company. You will coordinate budgeting, tooling, and vendor relationships while fostering a collaborative, transparent work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, excellent project management, and fluency in German (C2) and English. We value attitude and adaptability as much as formal fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record in a small company (10–30 employees).
• Excellent project management skills.
• German C2 and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize processes.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of eight.
• Run cross-team initiatives end-to-end and report progress.
• Own operational cost base including vendor contracts and tooling budgets.
• Foster company culture and internal communications; maintain handbook.
