Job summary

Ofri.ch is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of eight, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and culture within a fully remote Swiss company. You will coordinate budgeting, tooling, and vendor relationships while fostering a collaborative, transparent work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, excellent project management, and fluency in German (C2) and English. We value attitude and adaptability as much as formal fit.

Role Overview

As our Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our day‑to‑day operations, fostering our company culture and lead a team. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals seeking a challenging role in their careers and who possess a strong passion for both people and processes.

People & Operations

• Drives the quarterly goal‑setting process and holds KPI owners accountable to their targets
• Oversee all aspects of people operations, from recruitment to off‑boarding
• Lead, coach and develop a team of eight, including regular one‑on‑one's and performance reviews
• Run cross‑team initiatives end‑to‑end (e.g. pricing changes, tooling migrations): plan, delegate & assign work and report on progress
• Own the operational cost base: vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling spend, and budget decisions up to a set limit
• Foster our company culture and internal communication. Organise company retreats, run workshops, maintain our company handbook
• Monitor operational performance and flag issues before they become problems

Qualifikation

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree - we’re open to both Arts and Science degrees.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record in a small company (10 to 30 employees).
• Excellent project management skills.
• German speaker at least level C2, fluent in English.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, management and decision‑making skills, with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment.
• This role requires you to be based in Switzerland and to already hold a work permit for Switzerland.
