Collaborate with marketing and ecosystem teams to expand global reach, manage creators, and leverage AI for localization and performance insights in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success growing long-form video channels with measurable results.
• Hands-on video production: ideation to publication independently.
• Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency culture and blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong storytelling, audience understanding, and platform dynamics.
• Comfort on camera or coordinating on-camera presence with creators.
• Good editorial judgement and authentic comms style.
• Regular use of AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and localization.
• Strong writing and communication skills to explain complex topics.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and growth metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a social growth strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
