Job summary

Growtoday AB seeks a Head of Growth to design, execute our marketing strategy and drive user growth across global markets. You will lead branding, product marketing, and partnerships while coaching a growing team to expand our DeFi/ Web3 ecosystem.

You will create engaging content for organic and paid channels, including podcasts, keynotes, and articles, and participate in Crypto Twitter discourse to build brand awareness and community.

Qualifications

• Leading a team focused on consumer-facing growth in Web3.
• Experience building communities and user growth in DeFi/NFT space.
• Proven track record in branding, content creation and multi-channel marketing.
