Job summary

Partner Company in Switzerland seeks a Senior Social Campaign Manager to own paid social campaigns for international clients, primarily across Meta Ads, with potential expansion to TikTok and Snapchat.

You will manage substantial budgets, analyze ROAS and CPA, and partner with BI, Creative, Tracking, CRM, and analytics teams to drive growth and long-term profitability in a remote, performance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets independently.
• Strong ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (C1) with client communication.
• Experience with Google Analytics for optimization.
• Ability to work full-time EU hours.

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads.
• Own large advertising budgets and daily spend decisions.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and revenue.
• Test growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Use Google Analytics and internal analytics to evaluate campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Communicate results and recommendations to international clients.
• Collaborate with BI, Creative, Tracking, and CRM teams.
• Take ownership as the primary paid social specialist for the client team.
