Job summary

Cornèr Banca SA in Zürich seeks a highly skilled professional to handle, process and forward client calls and partner inquiries in German, French, Italian and English, in accordance with our work instructions. You will answer inquiries, handle complaints related to cards, ensure timely resolutions, comply with quality standards, and identify sales opportunities during interactions.

Qualifications

• Commercial or tourism background.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use.
• Good communication skills.
• Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
• As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers.
