Cornèr Group is seeking a highly skilled multilingual Customer Service professional to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries in German, French, Italian and English on topics related to cards payments. You will work to resolve complaints, ensure quality and comply with regulations, while spotting sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Experience in customer service.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Office package/ PC use.
• Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
• As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
• Identify sales opportunities during interactions with the customers
