Jobgether is seeking a Chief of Staff & Executive Operations position for a partner company based in Switzerland. The role offers ownership across projects, investor relations, and operational systems in a fully remote setup with international collaboration.

You will implement Notion/Asana-based workflows, manage complex calendars, and drive AI-powered improvements while maintaining clear accountability and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Chief of Staff, Office Manager, EA, PM, or similar role.
• Strong project management, initiative, and ownership.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and autonomous work style.
• Excellent English communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master overview of active projects and deadlines.
• Anticipate approvals, follow up, and blockers early.
• Review materials for executive and coordinate with teams.
• Act as a trusted contact for investors and senior stakeholders.
• Draft executive correspondence and manage calendars across time zones.
• Build centralized workflows and dashboards replacing spreadsheets.
• Research and implement AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.
• Develop templates and process documentation for continuity.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for international trips.
• Align cross-functional efforts with nonprofit initiatives.
