Critical Manufacturing is seeking a Pre-Sales Industry Expert for Life Sciences to translate regulatory needs into solution concepts and compelling demo narratives that demonstrate measurable value within the sales cycle.

You will lead Pharma process assessments, propose high-level approaches, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and collaborate across Product, Sales and Delivery to shape opportunity strategy and drive customer confidence.

Qualifikationen

• Solid MES knowledge and Life Sciences domain awareness.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into clear solution concepts.
• Experience delivering tailored product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Conduct business process assessments for Life Sciences (Pharma) prospects.
• Propose high-level solution approaches aligned with customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and value narratives.
• Create segment-specific configurations (MBR, EBR, W&D) to illustrate fit.
• Support opportunity qualification with estimations and high-level plans.
• Respond to RFPs with audit-ready technical input.
• Perform ROI/TCO analyses to quantify business value.
• Analyze SOWs and contribute to pre-sales scoping and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Delivery to refine assets and messaging.
