Zusammenfassung

Capgemini Invent in Zürich seeks an experienced Intelligent Industry consultant to drive MES strategy and transformation in pharma, biotech, and industrial clients. You will lead a Team of MES Authors, advise on architecture, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.

You will collaborate with clients on roadmaps, platform selection, and end-to-end deployment, leveraging DCS/SCADA, ERP, and LIMS integrations. German fluency is mandatory, English proficiency required.

Qualifikationen

• Educational degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, digital manufacturing, or industrial tech with client-facing roles.
• MES implementation experience with MBR/EBR, validation support, and go-live.
• Solid understanding of MES, DCS/SCADA, ERP (SAP), LIMS, IT/OT convergence.
• Experience leading teams or workstreams with coaching leadership.
• Knowledge of GxP: FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, CSV.
• Consulting acumen: problem structuring, client comms, proposal writing.
• Strong English and German language skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements and manage MES Recipe Authors across projects, ensuring on-time delivery and GMP alignment.
• Review MBRs, EBRs, and workflows as final content authority.
• Advise on MES, DCS, SCADA, ERP, LIMS integration and target architectures.
• Define MES roadmaps, platform choices, and implementation approaches.
• Develop and refine authoring standards and reusable assets for projects.
• Lead workshops and steering committee updates with clients.
• Contribute to proposals and go-to-market efforts for Intelligent Industry.
