AG Solution Group is seeking a dual-focused professional in pre-sales and solution design to bridge commercial and technical worlds for manufacturers across Europe. You will translate operational pain into MES/data stories, build business cases, contribute to proposals, and run discovery workshops, while also designing solutions, supporting deployments, and guiding digital transformation on the shop floor.

Fluent in French and English, you’ll engage stakeholders from plant managers to CFOs.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience translating operational pain points into MES/data solutions.
• Ability to read data flows between MES, automation, and higher-level systems.

Aufgaben

• Join sales calls and client meetings, translating pain points into MES/data solution stories.
• Build business cases quantifying value of tracking, OEE, scheduling, or quality improvements.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and scoping docs with timelines and risks.
• Run discovery workshops to map current-state processes and surface gaps MES closes.
• Prepare and deliver demos or proofs-of-concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Support implementation with cross-functional AG Solution teams.
• Guide clients on digital transformation roadmap and value delivery.
• Train end-users to ensure tool adoption on the shop floor.
• Monitor KPIs to prove impact and refine post go-live.
