Zusammenfassung

AG Solution seeks a capable MES solutions professional to drive pre-sales and business development while shaping the delivery design for manufacturing customers. You will translate client pain points into credible MES/data stories, build ROI-focused business cases, and contribute to proposals alongside Sales.

Once deals land, you’ll design the solution and support implementation to ensure value realization.

Qualifikationen

• Comfort operating in a commercial context with ROI focus.
• Own a business case end-to-end from initial client talk to ROI sign-off.
• Able to handle objections and adjust the pitch beyond scripts.
• Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell FTPC, Ignition, Aveva or TrakSYS.
• Understand manufacturing processes across pharma, food, chemicals or discrete sectors.
• Read data flows between MES, PLC/SCADA and ERP/LIMS; grasp analytics layer value.
• Fluent in French and English for precise cross-language communication.

Aufgaben

• Join sales calls and translate operational pain points into MES/data solution stories.
• Build business cases: quantify value of tracking, OEE, scheduling, or quality control.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and scoping documents with timelines and ROI.
• Run discovery workshops to map current-state processes and surface gaps.
• Prepare and deliver demos or proofs-of-concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Work with sales and account leads as the technical credibility in the room.
• Design the solution post-deal: functional specs, data flows, and integrations.
• Support implementation with configuration, testing, validation, deployment.
• Train end-users to ensure adoption on the shop floor; monitor KPIs post go-live.
