Lyfegen is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist (German speaker) to join our remote team in Switzerland. You will independently run the operational rebate management process, ensure timely execution, and maintain clear communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will handle first-level support, investigate issues, and collaborate with product and QA to resolve complex requests. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in Customer Operations or related roles, experience with Zendesk

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Success or Support.
• Experience withZendesk and Jira.
• Deep knowledge of a deep B2B SaaS platform in pharma rebates domain.
• Experience with pharmaceutical reimbursement processes a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Very good communication in English and German (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and proactive integration into daily work.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage the operational rebate management process with timely execution and clear communication with customers, external partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure high service quality through structured first-level support.
• Communicate with customers and external stakeholders — answering inquiries and presenting investigation results.
• Collaborate with product and quality assurance teams to resolve complex technical support requests.
• Support the platform onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain customer-specific documentation and user manuals.
