Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support travelers remotely from Greece. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotative shifts, and involves helping customers via phone, chat and email.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good level of English for internal communication.
• Some customer service experience is a big plus.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel questions.
• Provide top-notch support with no sales, just friendly help.
